It is highly recommended that you attend a Selective Health Program Information Session prior to applying. Seats are limited! Sessions are listed on the Health Programs homepage.
Complete an online application between September 1, 2023 – December 15, 2023.
Application fee is $25. If you are a current Middlesex College student, please do not use your College email address when applying.
Once you complete your dental hygiene application, your application portal will be activated. Your application portal will provide you with a list of required documents needed to complete your application process.

A grade of “C” or higher is required in both laboratory biology and laboratory chemistry taken during High School or College. College level science courses will be weighted slightly higher than science courses taken at the high school level.

GPA of 2.75 or higher on a 4.0 scale is required.
If you have completed 12 or more cumulative college credits (pass or fail) your college GPA will be used.
If you have completed less than 12 cumulative college credits (pass or fail) your high school GPA (unweighted) will be used.
If you do not have a high school cumulative GPA or 12 completed college credits, you must earn a college cumulative GPA with at least 12 completed college credits by the deadline to be considered.
Official TEAS VII results MUST be received by January 26, 2024.
The TEAS VII exam can be taken at any location and must be taken once between September 1, 2023 and January 26, 2024. If the exam is taken multiple times during September 1, 2023 and January 26, 2024, only the score of the first exam completed will be used.

Any applicant wishing to be considered for one of Middlesex College’s selective health programs will be required to have received all of the following required vaccinations:
There will be no medical nor religious exemptions for any of the above listed vaccination requirements. All accepted students will be required to submit their up-to-date vaccination records by August 1 prior to the Fall in which they will begin the program. Failure to provide proof of vaccination will result in forfeiture of the seat in the program and non-refundable program deposit.
